Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.
As we mentioned in our previous reply, the date printed on our products is a best before date — not a use by date. Our items are freshly baked to order using traditional methods, without artificial preservatives or vacuum-sealed packaging. This naturally means a shorter shelf life, but they remain perfectly safe to eat beyond the best before date.
We completely understand how this can be confusing, especially when so many food items today are made to last for weeks. But for us, freshness and quality come first — even if that means a tighter window for enjoying them at their very best.
We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed, and we’d be more than happy to discuss this further if you’d like. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly.
