Warings sourdough is a naturally fermented loaf that has a moist, chewy crumb. Made using our own starter, this classic loaf is a truly authentic sourdough, made with time and love.
Every loaf is made over a 72 hour period allowing for a slow cold ferment which is then hand moulded and proved, knotted by hand and baked fresh every night by our small team of bakers.
Its crunchy outer and artisan sourdough shape, make it the perfect all rounder, great for sandwiches or eating on its own.
