    After moving we couldn’t find a local baker that fermented their sourdough for multiple days, so we had to change to ordering online. We were nervous about it, but we have been blown away with how great this bread is. Our pervious bakery fermented for 48 hours and it’s surprising the difference 72 hours makes. I’m gluten free and this is extremely gentle on my stomach, no issues at all, and it tastes even better than our previous baker’s. Very very happy with this beautiful bread, we’ll be ordering this regularly! Thank you!
