The new Waring's sourdough is a naturally fermented loaf with a moist, chewy crumb. Made from our own starter and a blend of untreated white flour with organic rye and barley malt, each loaf undergoes a 72-hour slow cold ferment. Hand-moulded, proved, scored, and baked fresh every night by our dedicated team, it’s finished with a golden mix of linseed, pumpkin seeds, hulled millet, and sunflower seeds, creating a crunchy, flavour-packed crust that makes this sourdough truly special.
