We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, entrepreneurial individual who loves chatting with customers, thrives on adaptive work hours and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving and managing our mobile bakery van at local pitches and events.
• Operating EPOS (Till System) and ordering systems to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Ensuring all Food Safety Compliance is completed daily.
• Serving fresh bread and pastries
• Building friendly relationships with regulars.
• Managing stock, setting up displays, and keeping the van looking beautiful.
• Keeping an ear out for new event opportunities and community markets.
• Taking card payments.

You’ll love this job if you:

• Experience in a supervisory or management roles.
• Experience in a food truck role is desirable but not essential.
• Are naturally entrepreneurial and dream of running your own café or food business.
• Enjoy working independently, outdoors, and being on the move.
• Are a confident, friendly conversationalist with great customer service skills.
• Are hands-on, practical and good at keeping things organised.
• 25+ and hold a clean UK driving license.

As Customer Sales Assistant for our Henley Branch, you’ll experience the satisfaction of serving customers with products they genuinely love whilst building your own product knowledge.

Sales & Customer Service

· To put the customer first and consider them in everything you do

·Get to know your customers and serve them with pride

· Help ensure products and services are available to customers at all times

· Maintain good product knowledge and an awareness of all current promotions to drive & increase sales.

Food Preparation, Bakery & Presentation

·  Produce all products to a consistently high standard, understanding that quality control & adherence to our food safety system is vital

· Handle all products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach the customer in the best condition

· To consistently deliver high standards of food service for the coffee shop area

 Cleanliness & Hygiene

·  Using the training you receive, follow branch cleaning and hygiene routines, procedures and processes

·  Follow all company policies and adhere to Food Safety and
Health and Safety procedures

Part-Time role. Between 10 and 20 hours per week in our Henley Branch.
