Warings White Sourdough is a truly authentic, naturally fermented loaf that brings the tradition of sourdough baking to your table. Crafted using our own specially developed starter, Warings Sourdough boasts a moist, chewy crumb that perfectly balances a crunchy, golden crust. Each loaf of Warings Sourdough is carefully created over a 72-hour period, allowing for a slow cold ferment that deepens its rich taste. After the ferment, it is hand-moulded, expertly knotted by hand, and then left to prove before being baked fresh every night by our dedicated team of artisan bakers.

Baked with care, loved everywhere!
After moving we couldn't find a local baker that fermented their sourdough for multiple days, so we had to change to ordering online. We were nervous about it, but we have been blown away with how great this bread is. Our pervious bakery fermented for 48 hours and it's surprising the difference 72 hours makes. I'm gluten free and this is extremely gentle on my stomach, no issues at all, and it tastes even better than our previous baker's. Very very happy with this beautiful bread, we'll be ordering this regularly! Thank you!
