How do I join?
Scan the QR code on this page or on a leaflet in any of our bakeries to add a free loyalty card to your phone wallet. Prefer not to use your phone? You can buy a key fob in branch for 50p.
I can’t find the QR code to scan
Here it is – just point your phone’s camera at it. On your phone already? Tap warings.bakers.direct/signup instead.
What’s the website address I can register at?
How old do I have to be to take part?
You need to be 13 or over to join.
Can I take part without putting it in my phone wallet?
Yes. You can buy a key fob from us for 50p, which works just like the phone version. Our team in branch can tell you how many stamps or points you have at any time.
Why do you charge 50p for a fob?
Fobs cost us money to produce, so we ask for a small 50p contribution towards them. If you’d rather not pay, you can join for free by adding the loyalty card to the wallet on your phone.
I can’t add the loyalty card to my phone wallet. What should I do?
There are a few things to check:
1. Use the right browser. On an iPhone, open the link in Safari. On Android, use Chrome.
2. Look for your sign-up link. Check your junk or spam folder for the email.
3. Try on Wi-Fi. Take a leaflet home and scan the QR code while connected to your home Wi-Fi.

How it works
How does the loyalty programme work?
There are two parts to our loyalty scheme.
Coffee stamps: you earn one stamp for every qualifying coffee bought at full price. Collect 10 and your 11th is free.
Points: for every £1 you spend at Warings you earn 100 points. They build up every time you scan your card and convert into money off, worth 3% of what you’ve spent.
Can I use my loyalty card in all your bakeries?
Yes, you can use your loyalty card in all of our bakeries. At the moment it isn’t available at our pop-ups in Twyford and Hurst, or online.
Do my stamps expire?
No. Your stamps and points don’t expire, so you can keep collecting and redeem them whenever you like.
Can I share my stamps with someone else?
Sorry, stamps and points can’t be shared with other people.
How can I check how many stamps and points I have?
If you use your phone wallet, your stamps and points are shown on your loyalty card. If you use a fob, just ask a member of our team in branch to check for you.
Coffee stamps & free drinks
How do coffee stamps work?
You get one stamp for each qualifying full-price coffee. Once you’ve collected 10 stamps, you can redeem a free regular coffee on your next qualifying visit. The free coffee itself doesn’t earn a stamp.
Does tea or hot chocolate qualify?
No. Coffee stamps are for qualifying coffees only.
Why didn’t I get a stamp on my meal deal coffee?
Stamps are only given on coffees bought at full price, so coffees in a meal deal or on any other offer or discount don’t earn a stamp.
I forgot my phone or fob. Can I get my stamp added later?
Unfortunately not. Stamps need to be collected at the time of purchase and can’t be added afterwards.
How do I claim my free coffee?
Once you have 10 stamps, your 11th coffee goes through free. Just scan your loyalty card and the till does the rest. Only one free drink can be claimed per transaction.
Are extras included in my free drink?
Extras such as syrups, extra shots and alternative milks are charged as normal.
Fobs & phone wallet
Can I use a fob and my phone wallet?
Sorry, you can’t use both. We can’t link the two together, so you’ll need to choose one or the other.
I’ve lost my fob or it’s stopped working. What happens?
You can buy a replacement fob for 50p. Please note that stamps on a lost or damaged fob can’t be recovered, because fobs aren’t registered to you so we can’t trace them back. We suggest taking a note of the fob number as this will help us trace it if you do have any issues.
Your details & leaving
What do you do with my personal details?
Digital registration asks for your name, age range and postcode. Please read our privacy notice for full information on how your details are used.
How do I leave the loyalty programme?
Delete the card from your phone wallet, then email orders@waringsbakery.co.uk and ask for your details to be removed.

Customer terms of use
The Warings Bakery digital loyalty card is provided by C2Epos Systems Ltd and enables customers to build up points upon purchasing selected products. By downloading the loyalty card to your wallet, you are confirming that you have read and understand the following terms of use, conditions and exclusions:
The loyalty card must be downloaded from the C2Epos website to your mobile wallet. Whilst every effort is undertaken on the part of both Warings Bakery and C2Epos Systems Ltd to prevent the transmission of viruses, we recommend users have anti-virus software installed on their devices and we can accept no responsibility for the loss or corruption of data from virus transmission.
Customer Terms of Use
These terms apply to the My Warings loyalty programme at participating Warings bakery branches. By using a My Warings card, you agree to these terms.
1. Joining and using your card
You can join free by adding a digital loyalty card to your phone wallet using the QR code available in branch. Alternatively, you can buy a physical loyalty fob in branch for 50p. Present or scan your card at the till when you pay. Rewards cannot be added retrospectively.
The scheme is available at Warings bakery branches, not currently at the Twyford or Hurst pop-ups or for online purchases. A digital wallet card and a physical fob cannot currently be used together as one account.
Cards, stamps and points cannot be shared with another person.
In order to take part in the loyalty scheme you have to be aged 13 years and over.
2. Coffee stamps
Earn one stamp for each qualifying coffee purchased at full price. Coffees included in meal deals, promotions or discounts do not earn stamps. Collect 10 stamps and receive one free regular coffee when you next redeem your reward (your 11th qualifying coffee). The free coffee does not earn a further stamp. Only one free coffee may be redeemed per transaction. Extras, including syrups, additional shots and alternative milks, are charged at the usual price.
3. Spending points
Earn 100 points per £1. Every 100 points has a redemption value 3% off when you redeem. Points are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash. You will be given the points for round pounds spent. For example for £3 you will get 300 points and also for £3.75 it’s 300 points it goes to 400 points when you spend £4.
4. Refunds and corrections
If a purchase is refunded, the stamps and points awarded for that purchase may be reversed. Please present the same loyalty card when the refund is processed. We may correct rewards credited in error.
5. Lost or faulty fobs
A replacement fob costs 50p. Please note that stamps on a lost or damaged fob are not recoverable as we can’t trace them back to you as you don’t register with us when taking one out.
6. Misuse and scheme changes
We may suspend or close an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, serious misuse or a material breach of these terms. We will act proportionately and provide a way to query the decision. We may change, suspend or end the scheme for legitimate business reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we are able to and aim to allow a reasonable opportunity to use rewards already earned, except where this is not reasonably possible or misuse is involved.
7. Enquiries and leaving
For assistance or to request closure of a digital account, email orders@waringsbakery.co.uk. Removing a wallet pass from your phone does not necessarily delete the underlying account or associated personal information.
